Same day dispatch on all orders placed before 4pm Monday – Friday.

Tracking my order
Your order can be tracked online, and you can look for the information in the email that we send you once the order has been dispatched. Customer order details can be found on the My Accounts page.
When will my order arrive?
We use FedEx, Royal Mail, or Parcelforce to deliver all of our orders. If you have provided us with a mobile number then the Courier may send you an SMS (text) message on the day that your delivery is due. If you have selected Next Day Delivery, please make sure that you are at home to receive your order as a signature as proof of delivery is required.
Once you receive your goods, please inspect and report any issue’s or damage’s within 14 working days of receiving your order to us via email. If all is well please leave feedback, so we are aware that you have received your goods.
Please note that if there are any problems with your order, contact us first via email giving full details of any problem along with your order ID. We aim to respond back to all queries within 1 working day.
